True Duals in PA

Are they emissions legal? IF i were to have to cats in there right after the header then i should be fine right? I kinda am thinking about going this route.. 2.5" pipe over the axles and dumped out the back.. how much do you think it would cost me? And would anyone want to take a Hooker Cat Back with a Magnaflow cat in it off my hands if i did?

anything dumped before the axle is illegal. if your going to take it out the back i think you will be ok. as far as passing the sniffer test, thats all up to you and your car.:)

You'll be looking at at least $500 for a true dual exhaust. It takes a lot of time to get it to fit over the axle. You should do a lot of research and look at a lot of pictures before doing it.

never had a problem with my duals over the axle :D
