Ok, you had to know a poll was coming. Not putting the cart before the horse here, but lets have a little fun w/ this. I was just curious to see how impossible it would be to make us all happy w/ a CZ28.com special edition so lets vote on what type of mods we would like on the car. Note that there are several polls covering various areas of potential modifications, so vote in all of them.

I'd like one solid stripe on the hood bulge like this:

Yeah it would, but I've been saying I'm buying a SOM car for about 5 years now :D

It's hard to pick just one, as they all would look great. But, hockey stick is my favorite...kinda special to Camaros, unlike racing stripes.

I would've voted z/28 style but the new mustangs have that paint scheme that is SO similar, (granted it doesn't look as good), hockey stick stripes would look great though and be really different setting it apart from everything else.

There's a good chance that we'll be seeing the Z28 racing stripes come from the factory on regular production cars. I'd like to see something distinctive that is really nice but is different than the traditional GM graphics. The car will already harken back to traditional Z28 lines purely by its shape.
I'm very keen on the graphics of the 1993 Indianapolis 500 pace car Camaro. I dont think GM has done a better job on the interior and graphics package in the history of Camaro before or after that car. If I had my way, I'd mimic in some respects that particular design. The exterior grabbed your attention and the interior riveted you in your place. Best of all, they were seamless in how they brought the black, white, and color accents together on both paint and fabric. It is a car that I can recognize from a thousand feet away on the highway.
Granted, the 1993 pace car Camaro is somewhat dated with it's swirling colors and colored confetti, but it's surely the inspiration that Chip Foose must have drawn from when he started applying his two-tone graphics onto his projects.
That's what I'd like to see on our car: An integrated paint and interior package that blends together styling elements in a unique fashion not imitated by any historical stripe or hockey stick.

I voted the original Z/28 SS stripes which look alot like the bumble bee car... Can you tell me what you think the difference between them is?

While I'm a total sucker for "racing stripes" (see avatar, in case you didn't notice!:D) in this case I voted for Hockey Stick Stripes . This is part and parcel with my "hopes" for a 427 ZL1 package ;).
...otherwise, silver racing stripes on a black car, please!! :)

When you said bumble bee, the yellow 5th gen from the transformer movie came to mind. Now I see what youre saying. I Ive always liked the blue with white stripped 69. I think it would look good on the 5th gen
