blown tweater

my tweater in my TA is blown how the hell do i get it out of the door panel???thanks

Remove door panel (like in window motor change writeup), there is one screw holding tweter underneath, remove it. Put a screwdriver between it and bracket, and gently pry - here is your tweeter :D
