squeak and knock

As long as i have had my car (02 z28) when ever the car has been driven for a while and you put the breaks on the left rear break makes this knocking sound. Also the same break makes a squeaking noise all the time. I have taken the damn thing apart twice and used anti squeak both times. I have also changed the pads. all of this did nothing. any ideas on what would cause these problems.

Does it just do it when you apply the brakes, or every rotation of the wheel?

Did you check the caliper mount when you did the brakes, and the bracket that the caliper mounts to?

Well the damn thing squeaks all the time that doesent bother me so much as the knock. It only knocks when the breaks are warm say after like 10 mins of driving. The knocks come slower and slower as I come to a stop. So it very well may be every roation of the wheel. Its rainning like the wet season in vietnam right now and will be for the next day or two soo ill have to check both of thoes things when it lets up. any more thoughts ?

The squaks could be from your wheel bearing going bad, as for the knock i have no idea.
