I'm tired of warping and turning my Duralast Rotors every week, I'm going to do a full brake job, pads and rotors to stop this annoying vibration. I know some of you are getting away with Duralasts just fine but my car just seems to eat them like candy, and this is just normal driving conditions... What is a good Rotor Brand to go with thats relatively inexpensive...

I was looking into these... http://www.wholesaledirectparts.com/browser.asp?ItemCodeId=2077670184&showcase=yes&Start=0&EDI=3-15-39-109-166-74-29-80-137-174-88-222-88-106-75-212-35

I can deal with slotted but I'm trying to stay away from crossdrilled as I don't want any more rotor problems from this day forth... What are you using? Provide links too if you can...

I know a couple of people who are using those that WS6store sells. I will be going with them as well once I get around to installing my LS1 front brake assembly.

I talked to the WS6 store about thiers. They weigh about the same a stock castings. No thanks.

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but I just replaced my rears with Bendix and they look just like the stockers, actually better, the centers are a nice gray color...I went to AdvanceAuto for mine I want to say they were $50/each...

How much do the Bendix and Powerslot weigh in?

I have no idea what the Bendix weigh...I just put them on...they look identical to stock....whatever they weigh, I guess...

My Bendix were 18.5 lbs for 1 front rotor. Stock is 16 lbs. IIRC Brembo blanks are 19lbs.
No lcue about powerslot. Call and ask them.

Duralast and Wagner replacement rotors are in the 18lb range also. You can pick them up at Autozone or O Reilys.

Well thats the thing, I warped my Duralasts Rotors in less than a week, they look as if I just took a blow torch to them, which is why I'm searching for better rotors...

Would Bendix happen to use stronger metal or are they just as likely to warp as Duralasts?

Also, according to Autozone's website, their cheaper Valuecraft $25 Rotor actually weighs more, weighing at 19 pounds... Would this be a good replacement rotor?
