new door weather stripping

1993 Camaro, weather stripping leaks up at back top corner drips into the back seat, tried adjusting improved but not gone,, weather stripping has what looks like seam in it (factory original) want to get new ones, best place to get???

Also, above and beyond that (which I also need), is where can you find the rubber/vinyl strip that runs along the base of the window from the mirror to the B-pillar?
