We are planning on meeting around 6:15am. Will be leaving 6:30 sharp.

However... forecast sucks (http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=07838&hourly=1&yday=231&weekday=Sunday).

:(

If weather is in our favor... I can pick up at rt52 and rt202 intersection, or Chalfont Train station parking lot before heading out Ferry Road and rt611.

Suuuuurrrreeee. You can take a nap in my car.
I don't know, though, with the forecast, it doesn't look good for driving to and from, let alone running on the track. Which means I'll have to carry the drag radials becasue I can't use them on a wet road. Grrrrrrr....

Ryan...

I'm watching this thread Rain or Shine (http://www.njfboa.org/forums/showthread.php?p=264204) on the njfboa.org board.

I just got home from spending the day tubing / kayaking down the Delaware River. My shoulder is so sore I can hardly left it over my head. Should be just great tomorrow. Still, I pulled the 97 TA out of the garage and swapped on the drag radials and put it back inside. So the car is ready more or less.

So I'm thinking and planning that its a go. But if it's raining in the morning... I'm not going. I have your cell phone number, so I'll give you a buzz if I am staying parked.

I was thinking about going but Liz has here uncle and grandfather coming over here tomorrow before they go back to FL. With the raininy forcast I'm going to stay here. It would be a different story if my car was done but...

Search around for a "Peleng 8mm" its a manual only lense but its the cheapest thing VS $900 ones.
http://www.pbase.com/pganzel/peleng_fisheye_on_maxxum_7d

I use to play ice but only sometimes now. And I play down in Broomall at Marple Sports Arena for a league with bunch of Temple guys and soon for Temple's roller team.

I'm still working on the pics, takin a bit, I go through each one individually usually.

Bahahahaha... it was all part of the great adventure of the day. I'm glad we took it in as it gives us something to laugh about for quite awhile. Plus we can use it as an "initiation" road when we get a newbie with us going to Island Dragway. ;) I'm just sorry that I had to wuss out because of having the DR's mounted and got concern that they wouldn't handle "more fun". Next time I'll leave the street tires on...

Maybe we can get that in for next years F-bod Nats; Car show, drag racing and off-roading. Hint: don't try off-roading then attempt the car showing. Bahahahahaha.

And what about those "birds" in the road? One actually started coming at my passenger front end to attack!!!

Sure, Nice. I go through all the trouble of being super careful not to scratch, smudge or even drip any of my blood on the 97TA during the cam install, and the first chance you get you go 4 ( ur 2 ) wheeling! Dang kids!

So were the words "short cut" and "Trust me" used when you decided that a mud and gravel road was a good idea for a bunch of shiney show cars?

If so, I got this bridge in NY I'm selling that you guys can have for a special price. :p

So were the words "short cut" and "Trust me" used when you decided that a mud and gravel road was a good idea for a bunch of shiney show cars?

So Andrew has all the toys and one of them spoke to him and told him to take this "road". And so Ryan and then I followed Andrew into the dark abyss...

Luckily, the disbelievers we are, Ryan and I didn't want to venture further into the wilderess for the remaining .7 of a mile, because of Yeti or the Jersey Devil was certainly about in this area.

Even funnier is when you think of the people that actually lived back here deep in the undisturbed and quiet woody mountain... hearing Andrew's and Ryan's car and especially my car Sunday morning at 8:00am... cruising in and then about ten minutes later cruising back out. Then when we each of us made a right hand turn onto tarmac-firma, we all romped on it.

Just part of our great adventure for the day.
