Are GM Factory Service Manuals worth the money? I already have a Chilton for '93-'98 F-body and was wondering if GM's version was that much more indepth.
Thanks

Thanks Mtrhds94Z 07-28-2006, 06:04 PM Absolutely.. ry to get a used set it's cheaper.. they run about 120$ for a new set, but they are very thorough[it's a 2 book set.. telephone book size] 2001NBMZ28 07-28-2006, 06:07 PM Yes, there's no comparison - sometimes Helms puts them on sale, or you can also find used ones on ebay or in the classifieds. 2000GTP 07-28-2006, 06:47 PM Yeah, they are definitely worth the money. Chiltons and Haynes aren't bad, but they are no where near as detailed as the factory manual. Blue89Bird 07-28-2006, 07:38 PM another vote for YES! n2ceptor 07-28-2006, 08:30 PM Yes......:) | ||
