i figure that i dont need the 3400 grand am swap... since you cant tune it..

but if i get a better intake and port my heads.... i could cam it and have some fun...

All or nothing with the FWD stuff.

Not FWD heads and RWD intake or RWD heads and FWD intake. You need the whole shebang.

It's been tried and that's just how it fits.

Port the RWD heads and intake and enjoy that. I may end up doing that in the end.

Seriously, I can find a $500 3.4L complete about 20 minutes from me (okay, toss in the port/polish job on top of that) or redo a whole engine for the top end swap and no tuning ability as of yet....
