Hope this makes sense.
Will the overall width of a 15x7 with a 24mm offset and 3 3/4 backside be farther from the fender lip when bolted up than a 15x8.5 rim with a 24mm offset and 3 3/4 backside, given they have the same size tire on them. Need help on this please. :( :o
