17" Z06 rim offset

I'm going to purchase some 17"x9.5" Z06 rims for my 94 pontiac formula, what would be the right offset?

Oh, now I get it. Didn't really understand what offset meant nor did I look into it.Thanks for the info.

Oh, and the rims I'm looking into have a 56mm offset, would that look fine.Dont know how it would look in the end but I dont want my wheels sticking out too much.

They'll look just like this on the front. The back ones are 17X11 with 50mm offset.

Forgot to add the tires on the front are 275/40/17.

Mine are 54 offsett on all them 17 9.5" all around. Happen to be selling them for 1,200 - brand new with bfg goodrich new tires -
