AlfredB18 07-22-2006, 05:12 AM None. Really. James Montigny 07-22-2006, 10:42 AM A lower temp thermostat won't do anything for power. It (in conjunction with cooling fans set ot turn on at a lower temp) will keep your engine running cooler. If you want more power, look into a cold air intake. That will really wake your car up. simzjr 07-23-2006, 06:38 PM If you want more power, look into a cold air intake. That will really wake your car up. Also look into getting some NOS and other "racing" stickers. Each sticker applied to the car adds +5HP. (In good humour). jonathan_abilene 07-24-2006, 05:41 PM a cooler running engine means you can run a very little extra advanced timing but a thermo by itself probably wont add any HP/TQ but if you get "Race" pedals that will add 20 hp!!
