Chip For 3.8?

does any one know were you can buy a chip for my 3.8 99 camaro?
i want to adjust my shift points.

you can't buy a "chip" for your Camaro, because the ECM has a flash-rom!

It must be programmed via the OBD 2 port with a special programmer or a PC with the right tuner software... or ask a guy who has the stuff
