Mileage on Vortec Superchargers???

ever hear of someone putting 40 k miles on a vortec supercharger without a rebuild?

Been there, done that. 53k-90k miles with a bolton LT1/S trim. 90-100k with heads/cam/S trim LT1.

how much boost ya running on it? what size pulleys?

My S-Trim worked fine for 40K miles. It developed a small oil leak external to the case so I had it rebuilt by Vortech for around $300.

That's not uncommon at all. I've seen a different brand of blower go 100+k miles without a rebuild. :)
