Need help with set-up to reach 550/650 with STS

Okay I have a 94 z28 with a sts turbo t-67 upgrade. Right know it's on a stock engine. Next summer I'm looking into getting a shortblock built. Either a 355/ 383 / or 396 stroker. My goals are to reach atleast 550rwhp and over 600rwtq with a set-up. Can anyone here give me advice on a set-up that will get me there. I have basically everything else upgraded, rearend,fuel system,etc,etc.

Defintely some nice flowing heads. Aftermarket or stock ported castings would help immensly. As well as completely forged internals.

383ci to help with spool with AFR210's (ported by LE or AI or another reputable shop) or TFS heads ported by the guys I mentioned. The T67 should support the 550rwhp no problem.

355 or 383, doesn't really matter. The key is insulating the piping and keep as much heat into the setup as possible.
