Where to get wheels n' Tires ver. Canada

I'm having a heck of a time finding some wheels and tires in Canada. I live in Kamloops B.C. which is about 3 hours north of Vancouver. I'd like to keep it fairly cheap. Anything decent looking that's 17" and will fit a 275 tire.

I got my wheels off ebay from OE wheels, the seller is moore9911. They were 440 US but after shipping and duty it was around 900 CND. I baught the tires locally.
