C5 caliper + LS1 f-body rotors: Will 16" salad spinners fit?

Does anyone know whether this combo will work? Thanks.

Don't think so, I think you'll need 17s, or have to grind a LOT off the calipers to get salad shooter to fit.

It won't fit. The C5 calipers won't clear my Enkei 17" Winn wheels. I ended up with the Baer 13" Track Kit that barely clears.

Hes not talking about the whole C5 kit. I used LS1 calipers and rotors in my salad shooters and they fit. But im not sure if the C5 calipers are larger or not.

I wouldn't waste my time with that set-up. Although the pressure cast C5 calipers are stronger than the LS1 calipers, your not gonna notice any difference in braking with them.

the ls1 calipers and c5 calipers are dimensionally the same i believe so you should be able to use c5 calipers with ls1 brakes inside 16in salad shooters

The C5 rotors will not fit inside any 16 wheel. It needs at lest 17s and i heard that some 17s dont fit.

Its not the fact that they calipers are dimensionally larger that will be the problem. The adapter brackets that are necessary to install the C5 calipers are positioned in such a way that they are barely fit inside of my 17" SS wheels. I cant see how they would fit inside a 16" wheel.
