How do I get rid of waterspots???

I waxed my car last week and washed it this weekend and when it dried-Low and behold-waterspots!!Does any one know how to get rid of them?? Thanks!

Try a claybar, preferrably the Zaino claybar.

You can some times remove water spots by rubbing them with a cotton towel with some white vinegar on it.

Ive got a very good way to prevent water spots. Ok...Ive washed my car so many times that I can do the whole car in about 10 minutes and get it done with detail. As soon as Im done I get a squige (sp.) and I start at the top of the car and I go over the t-tops, the bar that runs from one side to the other of the car (i call it a t-top bar) and then the back glass. I dont do the windshield because it leaves colored streaks. Then I do the hood, spoiler and sides of the car. The trick is to do it slow so you dont leave any water behind. Also, when your washing the car, try to get one big wall of water instead of using a jet of water...this makes all the water glide off the car. With the squige I can get 95% of the water off the car. I have yet to have water spots after I wash the car.

PS. everytime after it rains i will squige the car too.

And, if the clay bar or vinegar doesn't do the trick, a light paint cleaner usually will. But, it will also remove your wax or sealant, so this would be a last option. Something like Meguiar's Body Scrub, Mother's Cleaner, Pninnacle Paint Cleanser, or S100 Cleanser work well for this purpose, some better than others though depending on your situation. Claying is easy though, so I'd try that first....
