It's wierd saying this about GM...but they nailed that interior.

 

That's a huge improvement! I'm not sure about the way primary gauges appear to have their own separate pods under the 'hood' of the IP. I prefer a more recessed look, kinda like the new GMT900 SUVs.

As much as I love the current CTS's exterior, the interior definitely falls short. I think I understand what they were trying to do, have a high-tech interior to match the high tech exterior, but it just didn't work. Exteriors can be hard and aggressive, but interiors pretty much always look better being softer and warmer.

I was almost too scared to click on the picture...

BUT...It's looking good! I love the stiching across top of the IP. Nice to see and integraged radio as well. I'm just wondering where the GPS screen will go. I wouldn't doubt one is available though.

 

Looks like it might be a popup at the top of the center console.
Wow does that interior look hot.
