Who's going this year?

I'll be there in my Camaro. My friend will be there too, in a huge lifted '78 f-150. Last year he had a diesel F-250 with him.... that thing was a beast.

got my registration in the mail last week..going Sat and sunday..

Hey Dave... may see you there... Weather permitting, my plans are for Fri/Sat. Was thinking of driving into the city Thursday night for a few hours, we'll see. ....not taking the Camaro?

naw man the Camaro is on the back burner, got a company vehicle for transportation and the Camaro wont pass state inspection the way it was set up. So just waiting till I have some time to get a few things for it and get her back on the road. next year..

going thurs fri sat ...............hopefully putting the car in the tunnel one of the nights

its an eye opener the first time..it was for me..biggest car show on the east coast...says something about the nats ;)

i went last night. there are over 2000 cars registered already. ill be there tonight and be sleeping over all weekend. look for the black 3rd gen formula with the really small air cleaner on it lol.

yea..2000 for a Thursday night...and tonight and Sat and Sunday...always a huge amount of cars there, as far as the eye can see..

Was it just me, or did it seem like there weren't as many cars today as there have been previous years (Friday)? Even the 2p.m. burnouts in the Park, there were only 5 or 6 vehicles. Normally, they are lined up down the road and some go back for seconds... Good day nonetheless and great whether too. Hoping for a bigger day tomorrow...

usually if it starts on a Thursday it takes a little warm up to get going..

was a little thinner than previos years I guess..but stil asked one of the staff guys in the hotel he said when I asked him on Sat that they were close to the 5000 mark..

i saw a tag on a car on sunday that was 6149 thats pretty crazy. i was up on the hill right in front of the burnout pad every day and up on the pad at the park on sunday to put down 3 gears. then i was parked down at the courthouse on main st. on sunday night. so you guys probably saw me at one time or another.

All of you guys were there and no one took a camera with them??

I got pictures..about 400 pictures...and yes the number on the car is the # that registered so it hit 6K..nice..maybee just spread out alot more than last times I went..

hey guys i was there close to the burnout pit..... i was their all day sunday....parrell parked on the road where it widens....me and my friend chet were their parked next to each other u prolly saw us 2 black 4th gen.....did anyone see the guy in the firebird or trans am that didn;t stop smokin em until he was at the rims??? he was like the last to go on sunday he worked there.... o yes i got pics too....

i was parked right next to that black z28 with the black z06 wheels. but i got no love!!!

the guy in the 3rd gen formula who wouldnt stop is my friend mike. that is a bone stock 305 TPI in that car and has been doign that **** for 4 years and it hasnt blown up yet.

yea lol that was me and my friend chet well actually he isn;t my friend i met him at the super chevy show the last time they had it and that was the 2nd time a hung out with him....but we talk on aim all the time......

and yea i think i saw u dude....near the burnout pit next to the 4th gen with black z06 wheels...it was a girl i kno her she has the red hocky stripes....she was in this otha club i was in New England F-Body Association....i think they cancelled it tho....and yea i went up to ur friend mike i heard him sayin it was a stock 305 and he was trying to kill it for 4 years.....he did have some headers on it tho.....

I was there Saturday in my black TA most of the day up near the top of the big hill. I was next to my friend's 01' pewter WS6 TA and I had a yellow SSR on the other side. An a-hole almost hit his TA trying to back his POS Dodge next to him. Not a cool moment! Great show and lots of nice f-bodies. I'll be going next year for sure. :cool:

yea it was my first time this year and next year im def taking the whole weekend off and trying to get a hotel....i loved it...but their was a lot of rednecks with POS cars...but the nice cars overwhelmed them for the most part

Usually flames on stangs dont work to well but I was leaving and had to snap the pics of that car, just done really nicely..:D

yeah i was standing on the other side of her car. and im on staff @ new england f-body. i just havent changed my screen name over here yet. and no its not done for. the site was just down for a few days. and yeah that 305 has the most basic of bolt ons. and still stand up to 4 years of punishment like that. its amazing. the valve covers have never been off the motor.

it was a great time, i only got to go for thursday and a little friday night, there was nowhere to park down town so i walked fron some side road friday night. i had to go on vacation on saturday lol so it was kinda a waste of 40 dollars. but my brother was there in his 85' iroc, its was the black one with gold trim with steel wheels trim rings and center caps. sounds like i missed out.. .oh well, always next year
