PriceCamaroKid88 06-18-2006, 04:21 PM Any Clue on a price range / options etc? Good Ph.D 06-18-2006, 04:27 PM No. Perhaps more than mustang. stars1010 06-18-2006, 04:43 PM Here is my best guess......and yes......during school I have too much time on my hands ;) http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=448548 Read post #1 and #3, that should give you a good idea. number77 06-18-2006, 05:23 PM If those engine options do turn out to be close to what we will really get, I just may have to try and work at a Chevy dealer. JasonD 06-18-2006, 07:30 PM Within approximately $500 of a similarly equipped Mustang. DvBoard 06-18-2006, 07:40 PM GM's only hope is to price it within a few hunderd of the mustang (at least the base model). OutsiderIROC-Z 06-18-2006, 07:52 PM Within approximately $500 of a similarly equipped Mustang. I think that would take a miracle. 2000SilverLS1 06-19-2006, 11:35 PM I think that would take a miracle. Why? EllwynX 06-20-2006, 09:03 AM Here is my best guess......and yes......during school I have too much time on my hands ;) http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=448548 Read post #1 and #3, that should give you a good idea. When you first posted those price lists I admit I was a bit worried that they were too high. But I was just glancing at the top end price range for each model. But this time I actually got out a calculator and added up the V6 with options similar to my V6 '02. It wasn't much different. Adding it up with everything I'd want in a V6 of the new model made it only $2000 to $3000 more than my '02 was. But since I actually want the 'SS' (to use your model designation though I personally think a Z28 should be the 'mass' V8 and delete the SS name altogether and make the top model something else altogether) I went ahead and added it up with the options I'd want. Came to just under $35,000 with every option you have listed that I could want... And since I expect the sunroof to be less than $2000, it would be even less. What would your best guess be for the price of a GFX package? stars1010 06-20-2006, 12:48 PM What would your best guess be for the price of a GFX package? No real clue, I doubt as an option however they will be too much more than they were in 2002 if offered. DrewSG 06-20-2006, 12:50 PM All I hope is V8 around 27-28K EllwynX 06-20-2006, 01:13 PM No real clue, I doubt as an option however they will be too much more than they were in 2002 if offered. If they're not offered as an option I'll check to see if RKSport comes out with a kit. Hylton 06-21-2006, 09:54 AM No. Perhaps more than mustang. It better not be a nickel more than an equivalently optioned Mustang! Right Scott? JasonD 06-21-2006, 12:47 PM It better not be a nickel more than an equivalently optioned Mustang! Right Scott? See post #5. stars1010 06-21-2006, 01:51 PM See post #5. .....maybe this will help..... ;) ;) ;) ;) IZ28 06-21-2006, 07:13 PM The top car will most likely be near $40,000. Way too much for me I'm thinking. FS3800 06-21-2006, 07:17 PM The top car will most likely be near $40,000. Way too much for me I'm thinking. what if that top car has 500+ hp? it'd be cheaper than the GT500 Sidewinder2 06-22-2006, 10:41 AM The top car will most likely be near $40,000. Way too much for me I'm thinking. This is my tip, too. The price will be starting at 39.995$. Melee Penguin 06-25-2006, 04:32 AM what if that top car has 500+ hp? it'd be cheaper than the GT500 So, you're going to wait at least 2 years for this "fantasy" 500hp beast and pay north of $40k for it as well? What's with all the 500+ hp talk anyway? If you want that kind of car the new Z06 is out. Let C. Shelby go to the grave with his "Bring it GM" attitude. Seth's_Z 06-25-2006, 07:44 AM This is my tip, too. The price will be starting at 39.995$. I wouldnt mind paying 40 bucks for a new camaro :D guionM 06-25-2006, 01:22 PM But you aren't. | ||
