I was checking my scanmaster this morning and saw dtc61. The check engine light wasn't on and the car wasn't running roughly...so what does this code indicate?

Please don't post the same question on multiple forums. Locking the one on LT1/LT4 Engine Tech.

I couldn't get a response on tech so I tried it over here. I thought this site was supposed to be helpful:confused: Sorry, I'll post elsewhere.
Michigan2500hd, thanks for the info. I was really worried.

Incorrect. I gave you the exact same answer over on "LT1/LT4 Engine Tech" that michigan2500 gave you here.

That's the problem with double posting.... one of us wasted our time trying to help you, because you already had the correct answer from the other person. It just duplicates efforts.

Sorry you don't feel we're helpful here on CamaroZ28.com.... in fact two people helped you and you seem pissed off. Maybe looking elsewhere isn't a bad idea.

Maybe looking elsewhere isn't a bad idea. When I reposted here, there were no responses to the initial post. Had I gotten even 1 response it wouldn't have been necessary to post over here. Actually I didn't even think of posting here initially, I just though about it after I wasn't getting help on tech. Like I said, I didn't know how serious this problem was so I was pressing to find a solution...quickly. Thanks for the help anyways.

I had a similar problem with this site previously. I've posted on advanced tech but the question wasn't advanced enough, so the post is then moved to tech. Guess what, no answers over there. My problem is, if the question can be answered on advanced tech, why not answer it. If the post then has to be moved then there's no problem, as long as there's a response.

You guys are the most knowledgeable folks here so if you can't answer some of these questions, they will go unanswered.
