Did you do anything with the air system? I made restrictor plates for the air system where it attaches to the header. I didn't see much talk about it when I did it several years ago and now wondering if most don't even do it. So those of you with headers and no restriction plates on the air system, does it lead to any problems and how long have the headers been on your car?

you mean a plate to keep the "check valve" from fluttering and making noise?
i've heard of it, but it's not a common topic. most guys just delete the AIR all together

I made them for my car and so far the check valves are quiet, but I haven't put that many miles on them yet either so I'm not totally sure they actually work. Just my .02 cents.:)
