Here is a respectfull answer:
That scoop you are looking at is for a dual carb setup, that means two carbeurators on a twin 4bbl intake manifold.

To run that scoop, you will need to

1) cut a hole in your hood
2) remove your intake manifold
3) install a twin 4bbl manifold
4) install two 4bbl carbs, linkage, fuel lines, pressure regualtor, etc.
5) install a non computerized distributor/ignition system
6) install the big-ass scoop in the picture.

Q: Do they make a scoop like that that will bolt directly onto your car?
A: Not without cutting a big hole in your hood.

They do make single carb scoops that could bolt over your existing throttle body, but like I said it will require a hole in the hood.

That thing would be SERIOUSLY RETARDED on ANY 305 !
All SHOW and absolutely ZERO go !
Any 2x4bbl setup on a 305 is at best a serious case of unusable induction capacity, and at worst a serious WASTE of gasoline that could be used to produce worthwhile power in a REASONABLE displacement Chevy V8.
IMHO, the 305 is the one of the absolute worst Chevy V8's ever sold....most of them make a lowly 307 seem like a real V8.
You should concentrate on getting a real engine that makes power, not bolting a Mega-$$$ huge scoop onto an engine that will do virtually NOTHING to improve the performance. These belong on a tunnel-rammed high-hp Big-Block, PERIOD !

Your throttle body uses a standard size openning. A scoop for any single 4bbl carb will fit. Summit or Jeg's .... Either one will have them.

One problem I see... those scoops are designed to be used without any air filter. Not a good idea on the street. Also, i'm not sure if it is legal to have a air intake sticking up out of your hood above a certain height.

Here is a picture of a scoop for a single carb. This will fit over your throttle body without major modification. Keep in mind, no airfilter = bad for motor.

according to the listing, it will fit most 2 bbl and 4 bbl applications. it also comes with air cleaner. not that i'm agreeing, just making an observation.;)
