I don't care how many people say the ZR1's are "overdone"..... I love 'em and wouldn't think of getting rid of mine.

i bought them used from this guy that lives in houston by me..he was trading his car in and didnt want to sell w/ the zr1's and had already had them for sale for like 2 months...well ending up i gave him my stock 00 z28 rims that came on my car when i bought it that had ****ty ass stock front tires and some more than bald nitto drags on them for the zr1's and brand new 275 fuzion zri's all around +300 cash....no curb rash or anything, only problem was one of the stickers on the center cap is coming off on the back passenger side i think i got a pretty damn good deal...does anyone know what brand rims these are cuz afs are black center caps and oe manuf. look diff i think

They're black and the shot was taken on the shady side of the car so you can't really tell that they're ZR1's.

It does look good though.

I think I like them since they have the larger polished lip! Looks great man!

Are your rears 17x9.5's or 17x11's, and if they're 11's, what did you have to do to the car to keep them from rubbing???

Looks awesome!!! I had those exact wheels on my '95 green Z28 until my wife rolled it and destroyed all 4 wheels and tires, along with every body panel on the car!!!

I now have a '97 SS and am going to put the same ones on my SS, but my SS is more heavily modified and I need all the traction I can get off the line without sacrificing handling. That's why I'm thinking of doing the 11" rears this time with some ultra sticky street tires. See if I can blow my rear end up!!!

nah unfortunately they are just the 9.5's i got a badass deal on these so took them but im gonna buy the 11's in a couple of weeks or so but the car used to have 11s a year ago w/ 315 nittos and all i did was use a 3/4 inch spacer and shave some off the bump stops and they fit w/o rubbing

they look like AFS the polished lip is wider then most. it should say afs on the inside though. I know my rear 17x11's say AFS on one of the inside spokes.

and the color the center caps shouldnt make a difference, he could have switched them or maybe afs offeres diff color center caps etc.

either way. the car looks ALOT better then it did with those wagon wheels.:)

probably not. i did put mine where he has it, for a day. and realized it looked gay so i took it off all together. the license plate is supposed to be on the "front most" part of the car. Not hidden under the bottom of it.

I think its better to get pulled over with no license plate, when compared to what he has. bc if you get pulled over the way he has it. the cop konws that he knows that he should have a LP in the front, but doesnt like how it looks so he puts it on the bottom. If you dont have a LP at all. You didnt even realize it, etc. i havent had mine on for yrs and have only gotten warnings, or the officer doesnt even bring it up. never a ticket.and if i do get a ticket. its fine.
