why is it that when i go WOT from a stop the sprag breaks and i loose 3-4 gear?

Was the sprag updated to a 28 element, Borg-warner "dual cage" type? Or are you still trying to use the 29 element, SKF "single cage" style?

not sure, i am trying to find out though.

this is the second time it did this, once before rebuild and once after.

happens when it shifts into second. i don't know if its trying to shift to hard or what.
also one other thing i did was use the hypertech programmer. i didnt use shift firmness but i did tell it that i had an aftermarket shift kit.( what does it do when you tell it that?)

yes it does have the 28 element.

however he said there was a bad vibration that caused the rear bushing to get off center witch then caused me to break the sprag. he also said it looks like the output shaft may be bent.
he said something about putting a 2000-up sprag with the sunshell gear pressed on it.( do you know anything about that?):shrug:
and he will replace the bushing and output shaft.

Thank god this thing is under warranty even though he dosn't garuantee the race rebuilds, but since it broke so soon he will fix it at no cost.:thumb:
