Q regarding V6 5speed swap

i have an interesting engine swap going on right now....supercharged 3.8 from a grand prix into an amc. i am wanting to use a 5 speed from a 3.8 camaro, i am wondering if there is anything electronic the transmission needs to operate properly. i am going to have a wiring mess already i know, and i dont really want to deal with wiring for the transmission also. is it something i can bolt to the motor and just use? (obviously i need a flywheel and clutch master and what not)
