i ordered a set of OTC wites and put on the coment section I NEED ASAP please send tracking # ...well i ordered them saturday night and got a confifmation saying payment recieved ...well its thursday and i FINALLY got someone to answer my call and they told me they were on back order but i NEVER got anything saying a tracking # or that they were on back order ...all i can say is if you order call every day and check the status ...i was supposed to have my car back on the road this saturday ...for prom ....but looks like thats not going to happen:mad:

If something was that important to me I'd go with a tried and true route. I would have ordered MSD Superconductors from a extremely reliable store that gives your free shipping and orders are usually recieved in 2 days or less. They start with a Sum and end it a mit, open 7 days a week. Although I'm biased cause they are right down the road, so that makes it easy for me.

Matter of fact if you called and ordred right now you might be able to get them by Saturday.

PS MSD's work fine with Hooker/Pacesetter longtubes. You just need some zip ties.

You can always throw some cheap Autozone wires on there and have them replaced whenever you please.

if it was so important it would have been a good idea to call and make the order. that way you could have talked to a persona nd told them you needed them ASAP and you could have checked avalibility.

Yeah i feel your pain. I orderd a set from Elite almost 2 months ago now and still havn't recieved them. I was told ther ewas only a 4 day backorder. I dont like to badmouth anyone but this is just rediculous. I tried to handle everything through PM's the last one I got said they think my wires were shipped, and that was 2 weeks ago. Yet they got multiple adds on ebay showing that they have 49 sets available. Finally i received an email saying it had been shipped and giving me a fake tracking number. another couple weeks go by and i file a complaint with paypal. He then quickly emails me his usual bs story about how they're back ordered (why'd you lie to me about sending them if they were back ordered? ). He then sent ANOTHER email saying they were going to be shipped the next monday (which was also bs). Paypal was able to recover about $55 of the 80 I sent him. Don't waste your time with elite.

Well lets get Elite removed from the Vendors if the arent already sounds like lots of BS and scamming going on.

Seriously, jegs is awesome. I ordered my exhaust from them and got free shipping and it showed up like within 3 days. Can't do better than that. :D

Never hurts to ask for what you want. Call them and mention it. I am sure they would be happy to hear that people are noticing them from here.

We did explain we had a back order on the product (you were ok with it).
I have to take some of the heat for the slow response we are providing. But you fail to mention that you DID get your wire set and you still put in a claim to get your money back from paypal so who is ripping who off.

Again I have to apologize with the back orders we had on this product. We will be in full production and will have all back orders caught up by the end of this month. (also we will be offering a rebate to all customers who were effected by this back order)

how many complaints is there about this company now?

i ordered some 9mm from elite spark plugs and i got them within the week, i still havent put them on lol, but i have the steel braded wires and they look great. but i did see a lot of complaints on their feedback

Well they finally replied to me in PM but i cant reply back because theyve exceeded there message space for the past couple of days.
