I agree... and that concerns me a little bit... I don't want the A&S theme to get soft.

The exposed body panels leave me with a dissapointed feeling. It looks too bland and I definatly miss the hard crease along the side of the body (it was a nice distinctive feature). Why does the side look like an old Saturn L sedan?
The one thing I wish they did change is the very high trunklid. This made the current car look too top heavy and not wide enough. It is possible that there is padding to decieve us but judging from the center-mount stop light, it might be even higher than before (unless that light is on a spoiler).

Great pics. 
The car does look "smoother", but I'm sure that checkerboard tape under the side windows are hiding a character crease.
Gonna hold judgement till I see the rest of the car.

Those pics are 10X better than the ones posted last week, great job From the side I see a lot of STS. I think the front and rear a going to look great. It looks like the rear quarter panels where the tail light sections are will be protruding out like mini fins while the trunk looks to be lower and sunk in. Its going to look sweet if it has those stream line tail lights that were shown on the 60mins. car.
Also the exhaust pipes look rather larger for the standard CTS, could there be a V8 under the hood of this test mule?
With the next gen CTS mules running around, it makes you wonder what that current CTS mule with is the extra wide fender flares running around is, a high power V8 test bed?
