Exactly how plug-and-play are these kits?

Is there any fab work to the transmission tunnel to get it to fit?

Does the complete "kit" come with a converter or does that have to be bought seperately?

Everything is bolt in. The converter is seperate. We have Precision custom build us convters to match each vechical.
