Well im going to be picking up a red Trans Am most likely this weekend, and i plan on getting some Zaino once i get my tax return back but i want something for right when i get the car. So what over the counter stuff is there to use?

What is this Mothers California Gold Ultimate wax system that ive heard about, or whatever its called? Or how about the Meguiars Gold Class? I want something that will shine good, but also be somewhat durable. Ive also heard that Turtle Wax Ice stuff is suppose to be good. The durability of it doesnt have to be that good right now, since i plan on buying some Zaino anyways...

So what should i get? I also plan on claybaring the car when i first get it.

I personally love NuFinish paste (in a can) if it's a car that hasn't been taken care of too well over the years - it has great restorative abilities.

I like my meguiars Gold class.. although they have a new one that is supposed to give it an even nicer shine. It does wonders on my 20+ year old paint... makes it look near new (all except the imperfections from acid rain.. I would claybar it.. but have not yet found a claybar in my area...)
