There is a FAQ section that is very helpful. Anyway, I have Weld Draglites 15X3.5 wheels with 165R15 radials, 5/16 inch spacers and 2.67 inch studs, on my 95 Z. runninfromthelaw 04-27-2006, 01:02 AM thanks not much action in there thats why i asked hear. Injuneer 04-27-2006, 06:14 AM thanks not much action in there thats why i asked hear. Please follow the posting guidelines. There are several of us who will respond within a few hours on the "Wheels and Tires" forum.... you obvioulsy haven't taken the time to try, or even to look at the FAQ. Moving to "Wheels and Tires"........ You might want to add whether you are asking about a "track only" application or street driven, since the answer is obviously different in each case. runninfromthelaw 04-27-2006, 08:37 AM sorry about that.I must be blind didnt even see the fAQ. But I'm going to use them for the track only over the oe zr1s to help with times will i notice anything from doing that. lptxz28 05-05-2006, 03:32 PM 15x4 centerline convo pro's with 1.75" backspace. and 165r metric tires. No grinding or spacers are required with the convos. lethal93ta 05-05-2006, 10:32 PM I have center line telstars on mine 15x4 1 5/8 back spacing no grinding M/T sportsman 26x7.5 tires (thats the rating on it its only 4 tread width) http://www.streetlethal.net/new/IMG_0091.JPG Injuneer 05-06-2006, 08:13 AM 15x4 centerline convo pro's with 1.75" backspace. and 165r metric tires. No grinding or spacers are required with the convos. But last time I checked, they don't make the Convo-Pros in the correct backspace for the rear of the 4th Gens. Have they made them available in the right sizes? I would have loved a set of the Convo's, but they refused tom make them 15x10 in a 7.5" BS. ABA383 05-06-2006, 03:37 PM I think the Convos are still only available in the 5" backspace which looks very bad imho...The fronts can be ordered in the 2 5/16" backspace and they look fantastic because they tuck inside the front fenders nicely, no grinding, spacers, etc, but the rears are a problem... --Alan lethal93ta 05-06-2006, 05:40 PM ya my telstars are the same way you can only get the right spacing on the 15x8, I narrowed my rear 2 inches a side so I have more options when it came to wheels on the rear of mine, I have 15x10s with 5 inch backspacing on there now. BT283 05-07-2006, 01:31 PM did you put a 3rd gen rear in it? lethal93ta 05-07-2006, 01:45 PM did you put a 3rd gen rear in it? I dont know what the 3rd gen spacing is, I just called moser and told them to make it 2 inches a side narrower. BT283 05-07-2006, 08:06 PM a 3rd gen should fit right in a 4th gen, and it is 2" shorter on each side Dave '97 Z28 M6 05-07-2006, 08:37 PM a 3rd gen should fit right in a 4th gen, and it is 2" shorter on each side Yeah, but it wouldn't be any stronger though. Most guys running slicks and skinnies would break the stock 3rd/4th gen F-body 10-bolt rear on the first pass. | ||
