whats a safe max oil temp?OBE1 95Z28 04-24-2006, 08:59 PM I asked this question recently of the road racing crowd; I received answers from 240 - 300 F; most of the answers were 240 F. I believe Mobil 1 is rated for 325 F. I also researched oil temp gauges and found 2 ranges: 140 - 250 F and 140 - 300 F. sleepybu 04-25-2006, 12:35 AM :bow: | ||
