67 firebird, disc brake conver?

on the front brakes they are drums and i want to convert to disc, anyone know of any kits or parts that can be swapped?

If you want to do it cheap, find an X body (Nova & clones) up to 74 with disc brakes and grab everything. The front subframe of a 1st gen is the same as the subframe of an X bod to 74. If your prospective donor has the steering box next to the engine, that will do. Try to avoid the earliest Novas with the 4 piston calipers. Those things have a well deserved reputation for being leakers.

There are guys that prefer manual drums vs power disc for weight and drag reasons on the strip.

wow thanks man. this car is just for fun, and i think the DISC would be more beneficial for his purpose.

i got SSBC on front and rear. I love them. I also have the 2inch drop front spindals. Looks badass

I am a Wilwood fan. I have run the Camaro conversion for the last 10 years without complaint. It looks pretty good as well.

SSBC was cheap and on sale. If i had to money i would have brought bear or wilwood.
