Water in taillights

Had this problem with my tri color taillights and decided to try my luck with some 93-96 taillights about a year or so ago, cuz i liked the way they matched the body lines better. Anyways, same luck with these. Is there anyway to seal them up better or is buying some brand new ones from Year One the only way to go? It annoys me and I can tell where the problems are, because where its supposed to be dark black between the lines of the taillight, its like a brownish. Can I take the lenses off somehow and put it back together tighter and better?

You'll need to remove them, disassemble them, dry 'em out, and polish them with a very good plastic polish and buffer until they look great again, inside and out, and then reseal them with some sort of permanent plastic epoxy.
