Testing my N20 system before hitting the street??

Is there a way I can test my N20 system safely without having to drive it first??

I have an electronic window switch that is also a TPS activation switch...

I set the RPM start up to 0, and to close it at 5400 rpm's just to see if it worked.

Not with the car on, and not with the car off. What is the deal here??
