I have recently installed a 6PSI Vortech SC with the Vortech FMU on a 96 TransAm. Since the SC install I have bought Tunercats software for tuning, Autotap and wideband sensor for logging.
From both my Autotap logs and the readings from the O2, when I floor the car I see a delay of 3 to 4 seconds before the car goes into PE mode (i.e. the target A/F stays at 14.7). Even though MAP is at 100Kpa, Coolant temp is at 80 degC, RPM is above 3000, Throttle is at 100%. Even more curious is after coming of the gas and back to cruise, the target A/F stays at 12.2 for approximately 30 seconds.:confused:
Is there a delay / hold-off setting for PE, I have trawled through all the settings in Tunercat and could not see it?
