Closed Loop Idle tuning in SD Mode??

I have a 95 LT1 and right now I am running in Speed Density mode and @ closed loop my BLM's are PEGGED at 108 on both banks. It's trimming fuel like a mofo so what tables do I need to adjust to bring them back up to 128?? Is it the VE Tables?
