Ok guys,
My car had a leak in on the waterpump so I would leak all the damn coolant. This was months ago. I know pure water is not the best thing to use instead of coolant, but I was caught in the middle of the road and it helped since it didn't leak.
I don't have much time on my hands ass I have a full time job, part time job, and go to school parttime, so I never really got around to changing the waterpump. As I start checking the system, TONS of what seems to be rust in there. Everything in the radiator looks brown, but its gooey. Kind like mud. At least 2 months ago when I checked it, it was not nearly like it was now. I am switching the waterpump for a new one. The readiator is not more than 4 months old. (Radiator had been leaking too and was changed since I thought the entire problem was there).
My question is, what the hell can I use to cleans the system or is it even possible? Does regular radiator flush do it to clean the radiator? Or does it take to clean this mess up? Or am I screwed?
BTW, don't know if I should post this here or not.
Thanks in advance.
