I replaced the 10 Bolt over the winter with Moser 12 Bolt. I took the car out for the first time on Thursday and again on Friday. I was surprised by how many rattles there where. Especially over bumps, they appeared to be coming from the rear end. I ensured everything was tight. Any suggestions?

Check, recheck, and check the torque arm bolts again. They are prone to loosening!!!

I should have gone with a strange OR 9".

you guys need to learn to how to tighten stuff propertly, i never have any problems with mine coming loose on my Moser. But then i use a big pipe on the end of the rachet and planty of red loctite. :)

Also need to post in the correct forum :) . This doesn't belong in Advanced Tech...... moving to Drivetrain.

Oh, the irony. We need to learn to tighten properly? :D

If you're rattling when you go over bumps make sure your rear anti-sway bar is not interfering with the cover on your 12-bolt. Look for shiny spots on the cover or the bar.

Funny, I thought lock washers, loctite, and about 90 Ft-lbs would help me beat the documented problem by multiple other Moser owners. I must be using the wrong end of the wrench! ;)
