Hey guys. I'm about to purchase a 99 Camaro 28 but it has the appearance package equipped on it. The wing, sideskirts and front pieces. I truly do not like the look of it. I was curious if the package was completely removable? My biggest concern was the rear wing, it looks like its molded to the body! =( Any info would be a big help, thanks guys!

if it's the same as a 97 rs kit you'll have holes for clips in the rocker panels and possible the bumpers. The spoiler has studs in the corner pieces as well so you would have a couple of holes in the quarter panels. That is assuming it is the stock gfx kit.
I'd pass on it and find one I don't even have to worry about taking off stuff like that. It's a crap shoot alot of times since some aftermarket kits just use two sided tape and others are like the factory kit above. If you don't like the kit, buy a car without it.

Lots of holes in metal and plastic to fill if you try to remove it. DON'T DO IT unless you own a body shop or plan on repainting the ENTIRE car anyways.

Check the price your dealer would charge for those three piece spoilers. Y3F spoiler = $1000. If you're adamant about removing it, I'd be interested in buying it. I love the way Y3F cars look. Also lots of holes to "repair" and paint. Good call leaving your gfx on though, even without a spoiler they make the car look nicer.
