Clutch Pedal Releasing too high off floorboard

New clutch set up (Spec III with stock PP and FW).
The clutch is engaging about 3-4" off the floor board, it used to be right at the floor. How can this be corrected, it is not helping the power shifting effort, too much pedal travel to be effective.

buy a McLeod adjustable master cylinder...... Then when you go to install it get some tips from the board, there are some key tips that would really help.

I am leaning towards making a stop for the pedal so the power shifting can still happen but you will not press the clutch to the floor, wasted motion....
