Alright fellas i knew it would be a matter of time before a few European exotics decided to test me out. Two Porsche owners, one has a Carrera and the other a Caymen S. I think the Carrera is rated at 335 and the Cayman 291, neither have over 300lbs of tq. I don't know the times on either of these but do i satnd a chance of winning or should i wait on my future mods: SSRA, LID, Catback and Diablo Tune?

get your mods first. you always have a chance but they are much lighter than you. the caymen should easily be yours then but he carrera may be a differant story. good luck and let us know how you made out.

p.s maybe race before and after your mods so you can see the differance.

you should be fine. i raced a carrera on the freeway a while back with the same mods i have right now and i took him easy. but it was from a roll at about 50 to 90. they probably lauch really good being that most of their weight is in the rear of the car 30/60 distribution.

i would say your best bet is from a dig since you have 3.73's if you have a tire you should be able to edge both of them out in the 1/4.

Caymen S's seem to run 13.2's, 1999 Carreras ran about 13.4's.

Good run for a very, very well driven lightly modded F-body.

You shouldn't have a problem--
