I don't know much about either as I bought them with my 4L60e rebuild and then later with my TH350. Both are ~3200 rpm stall. The 4L60e converter was removed when I went to a TH350. The Th350 converter was removed when I went to an LS2 because I bought a fuddle converter that was a direct bolt-up part. The 4L60e converter has about 20,000 miles and the Th350 converter has about 10,000 miles.
