Oh, if it is a 700r4, for sure mad dog. $1495 and it will handle 750hp supposedly. I don't have anywhere near that, but is will rip the tires into 2nd. Nice tranny. Cheap rebuilds start at $495 plus core, delivery, and convertor. $1495 included 2000 stall convertor, cooler, and shipping. Check it out!

Are you guys sure it is a 700r4? What does the pan look like I was told it was the other trans. Thanks Ray

The trans you mentioned sounds like a ford tranny. The 1993's have 700R4's from the factory 3 speed with an overdrive = 4 , detent cable shifted.......... Same thing as a 4l60E just not elec. shifted

Have a camera? :)

Yeah just look for the cable on the passenger side of the tranny just behind the servo cover. Whereabouts in FL are you located? Im in Broward Co. and I can do a benchjob rebuild or full service. Pm me on needs and goals and Ill get back at ya.

the 4l60 and 700 are the same as far as internals i have been building them for a little bit i would say i am still a beginner thouigh but if you wanted to bring it to me i could do a bench job for around a grand
here is what i do to the 700s and 4l60e
13 vane front pump
the beast sunshell
3/4 hd clutchpack kit 9 clutched instead of 6 in the 3-4 pack
superior shift kit
i beef up the center support with an aftermarket kit
corvette servo
and a few plugs here and there
if you are interested post
the parts alone will be about 340 with a a or b stall converter unless you want to go higher

If Ken Wells is Ken of Ken's Performance then I recommend him too.
He took care of my 93 3 years ago and it's as solid as ever.

I want to thank everyone for their input. I found out last week I am getting deployed for 4 months, so I will have to wait until I get back. Thanks Ray
