Ok, so I am buying a set of rims, 17x9.5 +54mm offset in the front, 18x10.5 +58mm offset in the rear, and I was wondering what size tires would you recommend for them, especially the rears. And also, does anyone know if I am going to need spacers to get those rear wheels to fit? Any info would be great, thanks!

The rear wheel has an 8.0" backspace. Its quite likely you will have a problem with the tire rubbing on the inner fender if you put a wide tire on it. A lot of hammering or a spacer might solve the problem.
Fronts you want a 275/40-17
Rears, choose from:
275/35-18
285/35-18
295/35-18
315/30-18
All those will generally fit on a 10.5" wide wheel. The 275 is going to look a bit "small" on a 10.5 though. 315's will definitely cause major rubbing problems with that 58mm offset.

Alright, thanks alot for the info. Ill look into getting spacers for the back and probably end up going with the 295s. I ordered a set of the Machined C6 Motorsport wheel replicas on ebay. Ill post pics of how they look once im done. Thanks again for the help.
