Oh well, you win some and you lose some. After seeing both at the auto show, I thought they were both great looking concepts.

The Camaro also won 2 best in show awards that the Challenger didn't IIRC. So what if more Dodge people voted than Chevy.

Do you think this has anything to do with that DoH movie? It may have helped... And im not too sure how many real car people go to MSNauto, so its probably people who can relate more to the movie then the cars. Just my opinion on it... If the Camaro didnt win, it must be crap, right?

I know you're being sarcastic, but no one has implied that. I'm just suprised by these results because I remember that following the Camaro debut, no one except Dodge fans were talking about the Challenger anymore.

guys this is MSN's poll of who went..just an online thing....nothing more..the dodge camp probably pulled together and went online and voted it in after the Camaro stole the show in Detroit.

I like the Challenger concept.........but all they really did was add some bumpers and some fancy headlights. To me, the Camaro blows it away BY FAR!

They have a beautiful concept as well that I did get to see in person. Its awesome on person but this is an online poll. All this means is that a member of one of their fan message boards came back to a board similar to this one and told everyone on that board to vote their way. People here do it all the time. I try to keep that in mind to some extent.

If memory serves, there was more than one thread on this very forum doing the same thing you say the "Dodge Camp" was doing - only for the Camaro instead ofthe Challenger.

I would suggest the tone of this thread would be quite different if the Camaro had "won" the poll.

Haha, thats the funny thing with internet sarcasm... The first couple of lines, I was serious. The last part about it being crap was partial sarcasm, but only because it would be bad if everyone knew that is how I really felt. Thats what the green guy was for. I know its complicated when people use emoticons. I didnt mean to sould like anyone else was implying that, I was implying that... haha

I wouldnt be too concerned about an online poll. The Camaro won an award AT the show, not some online poll. Besides, they're both interesting cars in their own right and I cant wait till they're both back on the streets.

Eh , they were both cool cars and both made the right kinda impression on ALOT of people . Im obviously heavily slanted in the Camaro corner , but it was cool to see 3 american hotrods getting all the goo's and gah's for once
