Not bad, mine's in process of getting torn down and then upgraded.

These tranny's are not that hard to work on, but I don't suggest it for the beginner shady-tree mechanic.

I'm going Steel 3-4 fork, Viper Output shaft, Cryo'd gears and shafts, and upgraded syncro's.

i did mine and its working great. wasnt really that hard to do, i replaced all my bearings as well while i was in there. that is actually what my prob was. put a steel 3-4 shift in if you take it apart. its worth it
