These guys make excelent quallity products! I just bought an ebrake and shift boot and the quallity was excellent. They mistakenly sent me the wrong shift boot. I emailed them and they replyed right away and sent the correct boot out priority mail the next day. I was very pleqased with their product and impressed with their customer service. we have a special version for the automatics, it goes into the shifter opening above the plastic shards. All you need to do is write "AUTOMATIC" in the comments field on the order form. And no problem to make the ebrake boot shorter as well, please also specify in comments how much shorter would you like it.

:bow: Fitment was a bit tight... only because I had a customized adapter on the shift stick, so I had to do some cutting into the leather (let me tell you how nerve wrecking it was taking an exacto knife into the shift boot the day after it arrives!!!) :bow: :bow:

Yeah, I looked through there and in fact, my car is the same color as the example car (the millennium yellow vette) but I would really prefer a little "darker" yellow closer to the color of the car. If I do a custom leather interior I'll get an extra hunk of it for the boots :D

I just ordered a charcoal leather, with silver stiching, automatic boot and e brake boot ( 1 inch shorter than normal ) I dont want it to go up all the way to the handle. I put this is the note section along with automatic shift boot.

I didnt get to use a discount code :( two days too short. I put in the note that i was a cz28 member though ;)

Hi all,

I wanted to share my great experience with this company. I received one of their shift boots for my Camaro as a Christmas present, but unfortunately the color my mom selected did not match my interior. The company allowed me to exchange the shift boot for only a small restocking fee and was very good at responding promptly to my emails.

I received the new boot, which I had made custom for a shorter shifter (Lou's short stick) and the quality is amazing. The leather is perfect and the slits they cut for 6 out of the 7 tabs were placed perfectly. There was no slit for the seventh tab, which enabled me to fine tune the fit and get everything just right before cutting the slit. The boot looks amazing in the car and compliments my C6 shift knob nicely. I will post a picture shortly.

Last but not least, this pic. May appear simple. But those of you who know cars can tell that the no automatic Camaros had a shift boot from the factory, you could see those moving plastic shards around the shift lever. So our shift boot is a completely unique product. Note that those cars had no ebrake boot either - just an ugly metal lever visible under that ebrake handle!

Ebony leather shift boot with quadruple silver stitching on my 2002 Camaro Z28 with a C6 Corvette shift knob.

Not the greatest picture, but it will give you a good idea. If you have a later Camaro, like me, with the very dark (almost black) plastic then I suggest ebony leather instead of charcoal. The charcoal leather was way to light for my interior pieces.

we have finally solved the problem encountered in most 93-97 and 98-02 Camaros and Firebirds.

The stock mounting bracket for the shift boot is plastic and it's very brittle, hence it's shattered on most cars anyway. The replacement part is NOT available from the factory!

For a mere $19 extra, you will get a METAL REPLACEMENT BRACKET from us! The bracket will fit just like stock. The shift boot needs to be slightly modified at the bottom to work seamlessly with the aftermarket bracket we provide. If you opt for the bracket in addition to your shift boot, you will get the modified shift boot that will work with the bracket, of course.

just basic black boots with either black or white stitching (thinking black since even though I have the white shifter ball, it wouldn't go very well with the e-brake). Anyway, I am wondering if I should order the shifter boot a bit shorter since I have the Hurst Competition plus chrome shifter or if the fitment should be stock height. I switched out the stock shifter so long ago, I can't remember if it was any taller than what's in the car now. Can you let me know your suggestions? Also, does anyone have pics of the e-brake boot shortened a bit or know how much to ask them to shorten it so it doesn't cover so much of the handle itself? THANKS! --John
