You still need your Opti with that setup.

Been running the Delteq for about a year now with no complaints. Custom mounted it on top of the intake, ran Taylor wires with shields, and everything works great.

You do still need the high-resolution part of the opti though; that's required for the stock PCM to fire the injectors correctly.

You still need the opti unit for the cam signal. It just eliminates the cap and rotor.
